All items are carefully wrapped in recycled tissue paper and packaged with protective materials to ensure safe delivery. Larger specimens may require additional handling time.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused and in their original condition
Items must be returned in their original packaging
Candles that have been lit cannot be returned
Sale items are final sale unless faulty

How to Return

Please contact us at hello@crystalmine.gallery with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label for UK/Ireland returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged Items

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including original shipping costs.
